A 12th century castle, remodelled in Victorian times and set in extensive parkland. Was the principal seat of the Butler family. Two wings of the Castle have been restored to their 19th century splendour and include a library, drawing room and the magnificent long gallery. Based in Kilkenny, Barnstorm tours its professional productions all over Ireland, as well as playing locally in both the Watergate Theatre and its own theatre venue, The Barn.

All teachers are fully qualified and registered with the Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing (ISTD). Classes run September to June, with intensive daily classes held for senior students in July.
