Kilkenny County Childcare Committee co-ordinates the development of quality and sustainable childcare infrastructure in Kilkenny City and County and provides training and networking opportunities for childcare providers, childminders and parents. The training delivered by the County Childcare Committee consists of In-service type workshops and events which are tailored to meet the needs of the childcare sector. An annual training calendar of events is produced each year. The committee works in partnership with a range of local and national agencies and aims to develop a holistic approach to leading childcare in Kilkenny.
