KASES (Kilkenny Area Supported Employment Service) offers help to people with an illness or a disability find a job in the open labour market. If you avail of our service you will be assigned a professional Job Coach who will work with you through all stages of searching for and maintaining a job. The Job Coach will offer you assistance in helping you identify what jobs you would be suitable for and will also help in applying for those jobs (i.e. creating your C.V. and helping you with interview preparation). If you are successful in getting a job the Job Coach can, if you wish, help you get trained and settled in your new place of work. We will also be there for you should you need our help with any aspect of the job in the future. This is a free and confidential service and is open to anyone with any type of illness or disability.
